Licensing

SoXara Inc. is a licensed money services business registered in Liberia. Our card services are provided by a regulated PCI-DSS compliant issuer partner. We do not lend or take deposits — we hold funds in trust and move them on your instruction.

KYC & AML

All users complete identity verification before wallet activation. We use Gemini Vision for document reading and maintain an explainable audit trail for every approval decision. Suspicious activity is reported to the Financial Intelligence Unit as required by Liberian law.

Tax reporting

Soxara Business auto-prefills LRA GST returns from transaction data. We do not file on your behalf without explicit confirmation. All tax calculations are transparent and reviewable.

Security standards

Our security doctrine covers 13 non-negotiables, including: no password storage, atomic ledger transactions, idempotent payments, HMAC-verified webhooks, and signed audit trails. The full spec is available to regulators and partners on request.
