1. The service

Soxara provides a digital wallet, virtual payment card, and AI assistant operated by SoXara Inc. The service is currently in early access. By using Soxara, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a supported country (currently Liberia) to open a Soxara wallet. Businesses must provide valid registration documents.

3. Your account

Your phone number is your identity. You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure. Soxara is not liable for unauthorized transactions caused by PIN sharing or device compromise.

4. Fees

P2P transfers inside Soxara are free. Merchant transactions incur a 0.9% fee. FX conversions use a transparent, disclosed rate. We do not charge monthly fees for personal accounts.

5. Limits and restrictions

Transaction limits apply based on KYC tier. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for suspicious activity, regulatory non-compliance, or terms violations.
