Data deletion request.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We process requests within 30 days. Transaction records required by financial regulations are retained for the minimum statutory period and then permanently deleted.

Before you submit: Deleting your account will remove your wallet, card, and profile data. Your balance must be zero before deletion. Regulatory transaction records are kept for the statutory minimum.

Submitting opens your email client with the request pre-filled — please send the email to complete it. We will verify your identity via OTP before processing. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What happens when you request deletion

KYC document images
Email address
WhatsApp conversation history (our side)
Card details (last four and token)
Wallet balances (must be zero before deletion)

RETAINED FOR STATUTORY PERIOD

Transaction records (required by BSA and Liberian law — 5–7 years)
Audit logs of regulatory significance
Records of any fraud or dispute
