What we collect
We collect the minimum required to provide financial services: your phone number, identity document for KYC, transaction history, and device information for security. We do not collect passwords — identity is your number, session is OTP or biometric, authorization is your PIN.
How we use it
Your data is used to operate your wallet, prevent fraud, comply with Liberian financial regulations, and improve our services. We do not sell your data. We do not use your transaction history for advertising.
Who we share with
We share data only with regulated partners necessary to operate the service: our card issuer for virtual Visa provisioning, mobile money operators for cash-in/cash-out, and regulators as required by law. All partners are bound by confidentiality.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account by contacting [email protected]. Account deletion takes up to 30 days to complete due to regulatory retention requirements.
