Is P2P really free forever?
Yes. Transferring money between Soxara wallets — by phone number — is free for personal accounts, indefinitely. No hidden spread, no network fee.
What is the FX rate?
We use a blended market rate, shown at confirmation. There is no additional margin on top. The number you see before you tap is the number that leaves your wallet.
Are there fees for cash-in or cash-out?
MTN and Orange may apply their own network fees, which we display before you confirm. Soxara does not add a markup on top of the network fee.
What counts as a merchant transaction?
Any payment accepted via checkout link, QR code, or the business API. P2P sends from a business wallet to a personal wallet are free.
Is there a setup fee?
No. No setup, no monthly, no contract minimum.
